Special Needs Advisory Coalition of Palm Beach County

The collaboration between Unicorn Children's Foundation and The Palm Beach County Special Needs Advisory Coalition produced two Job Fairs, introducing employers to individuals with special needs who are seeking a job. Resulted in a total of 13 individuals with special needs gaining employment. We have witnessed increased referrals amongst agencies that serve the special needs community. SNAC has given them an opportunity to better understand each other’s services and build trust.
