We are so lucky to have such awesome volunteers helping us assemble our Creating Compassionate Children Tool-kits!!
This is a character development curriculum we created to teach young children about special needs and how to be kind and celebrate differences. Donors have contributed $100 per kit to donate them to classrooms.
Our Creating Compassionate Children Tool-kits are coming along thanks to our hardworking volunteers making it all possible!!
Thank you to Whitney, Angela, Jennifer, and Alisa for helping us today!!

Children with special needs and their families are invited to a sensory friendly Christmas in July event at Carolina Ale House in Weston on Sunday, June 24 from 10am-4pm. Our Executive Director, Sharon Alexander, had a great time with the AMAZING Gary Collins this morning at the Marathon Golf Celebration Breakfast and 2017 kick off. He set a new personal record of 150 holes played in 1 day! Thank you for helping Unicorn Village Academy raise $26,254 for innovative technology, and to Club Managers Association of America (CMAA) for the matching gift of $5000!!
It is with a very heavy heart that we inform you of the passing of Unicorn Village Academy's Headmaster and Creator, Dr. Herm Fishbein this morning. This is a devastating loss to our school and to the special needs community. He has touched the lives of so many and we will be forever grateful for his contributions. His legacy will live on in every student that walks through our halls.
We are looking for volunteers to help us assemble our Creating Compassionate Children toolkits beginning tomorrow at any time between 9am - 5pm. Feel free to stop by our office throughout this week and next (Monday - Friday).
This is a great opportunity for high school students looking for community service hours.
Please let us know if you would like to help, by calling Brett so we can leave your name at the gate. 561-620-9377 x 302 or firstname.lastname@example.org
