Unicorn’s CEO, Sharon Alexander expresses,
“Board members play a very crucial role in the growth and direction of our
organization. 1 of 6 children is
labelled as damaged because 1 of 6 children is diagnosed with autism, ADHD,
dyslexia and other neurodiversities.
This dynamic group will allow Unicorn
Children’s Foundation to create an understanding in the community that
differences can be a good thing and we are all more alike than different.”
Newly-elected President Angela
Fisher adds, “What an honor and privilege it is to be President of the Unicorn
Children’s Foundation. As we celebrate 25 years of helping children and young
adults with neurodiversities, we continue to strive by having fresh ideas that
will help us succeed in our mission. We invite you to reach out to us if you
are interested in being a part of #TeamUnicorn.”
