Unicorn Children’s Foundation is the creator of the The Palm Beach County Special Needs Advisory Coalition - SNAC and continues to operate as the backbone agency for this collective impact project. The Housing taskforce has announced the 2018 Housing Solutions Summit which will focus on implementing local housing solutions in collaboration with families and providers. This year the Summit starts the evening of Friday November 2nd and continues on Saturday the 3rd, hosted again on the campus of the Els Center of Excellence, in Jupiter, Florida. On Friday night, from 7-8pm, we are hosting a panel of individuals with special needs to speak about their personal journey of living on their own.
