The 6th Annual Boating & Beach Bash for People with Disabilities will be held 10:00 am – 3:00 pm, at Spanish River Park, 3001 North Ocean Blvd. (A1A), in Boca Raton, FL. The day features yacht rides on 20 privately owned boats, donated by members of Boca’s famed royal palm yacht & country club. All rides will be supervised by 30 active us coast guard and 3 marine patrol boats, insuring safety for all. Rides last approximately one half hour.

The bash offers complimentary admission to the park, BBQ lunch with all the trimmings, and outstanding performers like Nick Aquilino, Fabian Hernandez, Carly Joe Jackson, Kendra Erika, Lizzy Sider, Cara Young and Maggie Baugh. These popular South Florida singers will rock the park in a non-stop, day-long concert. This year a special guest will be America’s favorite animal with disabilities, Chris P. Bacon, as seen on countless tv programs and inspiring youtube videos.

There will also be a tented promenade zone to showcase 20 florida-based foundations and corporations offering goods and services for people with various challenges. Costumed action heroes, Ronald McDonald, therapy ponies and service dogs will mix and mingle with the guests.

Already recognized as the nation’s foremost free event for people with disabilities, a highlight of this year’s bash includes the chance to participate in low impact sporting activities, designed and supervised for the bash by the medical team from Pinecrest Rehabilitation Hospital, at the Delray Medical Center.
