Happy #UnicornDay!

Make a UNIQUE contribution in honor of National Unicorn Day or in honor of a friend or loved one who is challenged by special needs.  You can change lives through your generosity to support cradle to career initiatives that will give people’s lives meaning and purpose while creating a stronger community for everyone.

1 in every 6 children is being diagnosed with some form of developmental or learning disorder.  If it has not impacted you or your family, chances are you know someone whose family has been affected.

Whether you are a new or recurring donor, we invite you to change lives by clicking on the link below to choose your UNIQUE impact today!

We each have traveled similar pathways, but with our own unique challenges, supports and opportunities, to become who we are today. Individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities will go through a very similar journey, but will experience more challenges and fewer supports and opportunities.

Imagine where you would be today if someone did not give you a chance.  Imagine if it was your child or grandchild who was not given an opportunity to understand or achieve their full potential.

You can help us build on our successes to create cradle to career pathways for our most vulnerable youth and families.  The Unicorn Cradle to Career Initiatives will…
  • Continue to support screening programs
  • Continue to empower parents through parent coaching scholarships
  • Give access to best practice early intervention programs
  • Expand afterschool enrichment programs
  • Continue to ensure that students can access programs like UVA
  • Provide internships to increase employment chances
  • Expand post-secondary options
  • Build intentional live, work, and play communities
  • Create social enterprises that provide opportunities for employment

You have an opportunity to create a world where all children’s potential can flourish and families can grow strong and live a life worth living.  Act Now and Invest Today!
