RFP for Special Percs Café™

The Unicorn Children’s Foundation is accepting proposals to design a strategic plan to open Special Percs Café™. This social enterprise will provide: (a) a high quality customer experience in a competitive high-demand industry; (b) sustainable funding for future programs for children with special needs; and (c) vocational training and employment options for individuals with special needs.
