The Palm Beach County Special Needs Advisory Coalition - SNAC held a 2nd Annual Housing Solutions Summit this past November. The gaps are real and families are in crisis! We must work together to create solutions as people with special needs age out of entitlement programs.

The Community Conversation at Bridges of Northwood Elementary had a passionate Special Needs Team talking about #inclusion.
