Joshua’s Path kicks of its 2017-2018 seminar series next month with a presentation on Medicaid Waiver 101. Speakers from the Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD) and the Aging & Disability Resource Center (ADRC) will provide a comprehensive overview of the various Medicaid waivers available in Florida, the criteria for eligibility, the application process, what to do while on the waiting list, and what services are covered once you receive services.
The seminar will take place on Monday, June 5, from 10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. at the Sunrise Dan Pearl Library, located at 10500 West Oakland Park Boulevard in Sunrise. The event is free and open to the community. Presented by Joshua’s Path at Goodman Jewish Family Services of Broward and sponsored by Friends of Sunrise Dan Pearl Library.
